We had to consistently rely on the staff to help us navigate their online check-in app. Would be much easier and faster if the staff could just do this rather than forcing people to try and use their application. "O hotel está sem manutenção. No chalé, quando choveu, entrava água até pelas paredes, deixando tudo alagado. Quando a cama foi tirada tinha um enorme formigueiro embaixo do colchão. O banheiro estava entupido. A comida é boa, porem bem cara. Fomos embora antes do dia marcado, porque pra completar a desgraça, faltou energia à noite e ficamos num calor infernal. Fomos relaxar e saímos de lá super irritados. Nunca mais volto. "
