Em si o hotel é muito aconchegante, porém deixa muito a desejar em questão de atendimento,os funcionários parecem que não gostam de atender as pessoas ,demora pra sair pedido no restaurante, o quanto não tem rôdo,nem tapete ,quando agente sai do banheiro,molha tudo , faltam tomadas nos quertos e é isso

Banheiro sem box, com vazamento, tampa da prova quebrada e sem água quente. Ficava molhado o tempo todo. Apenas uma tomada disponível e ficava em local de difícil acesso, tinha qeu afastar a cama para poder usar. Sem escrivaninha, sem poltrona e sem cadeiras.

Hotel que gosto de ficar, porém essa última estadia não foi tão agradável, quando cheguei no quarto tinha uma poça de água no quarto, frigobar aberto. Falta mais simpática da equipe que faz o café da manhã. Ponto positivo: Chef de cozinha do hotel, um senhor muito simpático e solícito, o almoço estava espetacular. Porém não tinha ninguém para ajudá-lo, ele me atendeu, fez a refeição e serviu. Faltou empatia pela equipe.

Péssimo hotel. Quarto dujo e com rachadura. Toalhas sujas. Banheiro sem tranca. Cama desconfortável. Não tinha café da manhã. Piscina suja e interdidata. Tudo péssimo. Não estou conseguindo adicionar as fotos, mas as toalhas estavam rasgadas tambm.

Surpreendeu.
Gostei de quase todos as comodidades oferecidas na nossa estadia. A única coisa que não agradou foi ter uma TV não-smart. Em outros comentários, vi sobre o café da manhã que não é variado. Eu achei variado, tanto pra opções saudáveis quanto para não-saudáveis (como umas tortinhas gostosas).
