Nice hotel, liked the staff needs a coat of paint but overall I would stay there again. Only negative really is the area you can’t walk outside of the hotel and would need a taxi to go to Beira Mar

Old, dirty, and ugly. This is a relic of a property and a most uncomfortable place to lay one’s head. Dirty, odd smells and questionable room appliances, this was a unique experience indeed.

Extremamente ruim! Nunca pensei que iria presenciar o Marina park tão acabado como dessa vez. O café da manhã péssimo, faltando muitas coisas! Quarto extremamente antiquado e sem manutenção, televisão sem funcionar, cama rangendo, móveis velhos, Entre outros problemas. Não indico mais para ninguém e não pretendo passar novamente por essa situação.

Infelizmente, minha experiência no hotel foi bastante insatisfatória. O ambiente estava visivelmente sujo, o que foi mais evidente na piscina. No domingo, quando utilizei a área, a piscina estava imunda, com areia no fundo e folhas e plásticos flutuando na superfície. O mínimo que se espera é uma manutenção básica, especialmente em um dia de maior movimento. Além disso, o hotel parece estar preso no tempo, com instalações antigas que precisam de renovação urgente. O fato de cobrarem por itens básicos, como uma colher (R$ 1,50), é absurdo e reflete uma falta de cuidado com a experiência do hóspede. Cada item tem um preço diferente, por ex: garfo, faca, prato e etc, achei até que estavam brincando, já fui em hotel mais caro e isso nunca tinha me ocorrido. O atendimento na recepção também deixou a desejar. Minha TV não funcionava e só foi consertada depois que eu já havia saído para um passeio. Quando solicitei um lençol extra, ele nunca chegou. Acabei dormindo sem o lençol e só consegui o item no dia seguinte, através da camareira, que ao menos foi atenciosa. Considerando minha experiência, o valor cobrado não justifica o serviço e as condições oferecidas. Já me hospedei em hotéis mais acessíveis e com muito mais qualidade. Infelizmente, não posso recomendar este hotel.
