The accommodations were as beautiful as they were comfortable, and they fit perfectly into the natural surroundings. "

"Receipt from Expedia stated ' check in open 10 am onwards'. Arrived by taxi at 10. Whole place locked up and deserted with sign saying ' back at six'. Found another hotel but el ray was very resistant to refund. Tried hard to keep my money only gave in after heavy pressure from Expedia customer service. In addition hotel is bizarrely located out in a suburban street near to absolutely no amenities....all things considered ASTONISHED this place still in business "

"Absolutely beautiful property and grounds, you feel very immersed in nature here, and can hear howler's and bird life in about every direction. The creek below is great for a dip, and the inland blue whole is an easy 15min stroll down the road (costs 4usd per person to enter) for more swimming. Cabins are rustic but clean and tastefully decorated. As someone not used to the humidity I would have loved the option of AC, lots of fans in the cabin but they don't do much in 30 Celsius. A great...
