"I adored this place! From the moment you pull up, you know it's special. The lobby is great, rooms beautiful, views gorgeous. The downstairs bar and seating areas scattered on other floors give you ample options to relax outside of your room. It's a very easy walk to the aqueduct and fabulous restaurants like Jose Maria. Excellent staff."

The hotel is situated directly across from a quiet square with a gorgeous monastery/church, and the grand cathedral is only a few blocks away. Fantastic dining options within a 5 min walk. "The room was very comfortable. The heat worked well! The design of the room worked for us especially the bathroom area with the sink separate from the toilet/bath. Room also had a spacious foyer with a large closet. Room included refrigerator and good coffee maker. Front desk staff was excellent and provided us with an umbrella."
