"Spectacular hotel right where all the fun is. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was immaculate, lovely touches everywhere. We were traveling with our large dog and had not noticed a weight limit, he is 3x their limit. Not a problem, they have a bigger bed. Amazing. "

"This hotel has the absolutely best location, half-way between the Acueducto and the Alcazar, on the main street for all the Segovia Old Town hotspots. It was a bit noisy at night, and the walls seemed pretty thin -- those were the only downsides though. Service was great, check-in and check-out were extremely easy, breakfast buffet was good, and I'd definitely do this same place again if we ever go back to Segovia. One thing we did notice though is that the hotel restaurant only had one same...

"Very disappointed in our stay - poor start when we found the air conditioning was not available over “winter” even though it was a warm day - forced to keep the door open all night with lots of traffic noise next to a major highway. Service was poor and everything is an extra charge. Definitely a hotel past it’s best. "
