"Publicitan el hotel con una categoría de no tiene, en la recepción nadie ayuda con el equipaje, el baño no tiene extractor y se llena de vapor, el desayuno con muy poca variedad, y el mantenimiento de la piscina apenas aceptable, con falta de circulación del agua y poco o ningún clorado"

"El departamento esta bien ubicado y es comodo. El mobiliario es minimo y las sillas y el sillon muy incomodos. No hay microondas pero esta bien equipado para 4 personas. Le falta pulcritud en paredes, mosquitos aplastados, rayones etc. La limpieza es diaria y superficial."

"We stayed one night between flights out of EZE airport. The hotel was great and the staff also great. We opted to take a taxi to the hotel after reading it can be tricky to find the pickup location for the free hotel shuttle. This proved to be a mistake as it took us 2 hours to get a taxi. We took the free airport shuttle from the hotel to the airport and this was great"
