" “We were moved from one room to another because the A/C in the first room was leaking a lot of water. In the second room, the window wasn’t closing properly, so they had to take a window from another room in the middle of the night to fix it. The pool was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. "The temps dropped to 50s F and the room I was in didn't have a thermostat. After freezing the 1st night I told the front desk and they told me they would turn it on.
