"This property need a lot of work done before I dare revisit it, I’ve been lied to by the staff, the taxi service scammed us every step of the way, different prices on everything, not worth going out there until they improve the service of their staff and the situation with their rooms, the room was subpar it wasn’t like exactly comfy, the room ac was buggy and the bathroom had a terrible stench/smell to it, the entire time we were there the pool was closed and the Landry was open then closed...

"It is a beautiful and quiet resort , it is a bit far from the main road , but if you are looking for a serene place , this is it. All the staff are courteous and responsible. There are two things i had noticed , the air conditioning was a bit noisy , and the washroom was smelly, it smelled like sewer or musty . "- Friendly staff - Freedom Land, Tour & Cultural Show were thr best!!!! - Place gives us nostalgic feeling, super great concept preserving historic houses - Good beach - Check in staff did not fully explain inclusions of our package as such we missed free boat ride - Initial room - aircon not working - “highway robbery” with water - not allowing guests to refill water bottles, room only had 1 set of water bottles —> we could have heat stroke!!!! - Buffet breakfast spread wasnt good / enough "

"Property was in a state of aging and lack of upkeep. Air conditioner worked but loud. shower stall leaked across floor. Pool closed on first door and then later opened. Area down the hill very busy and crowded at night with confusing one ways and street guards. Basic place for locals (one night) but not much for foreigners. Hotel that is past its prime and used by some locals for work stay."

"Hotel room was very dirty and small. There were also a lot of mosquitoes and the AC unit didn't work very well, so I was bit even before we were able to settle in. Consequently, we ended up not staying at this hotel. Probably won't be booking there again nor via Travelocity again, unfortunately.
