"The room was clean, cozy and nicely decorated. The hotel does not have an elevator so if you are going to stay upstairs then you will need to haul your luggages up the stairs. I didn’t dine but I don’t think there is dining available. I only stayed for a few hours since our flight was late at night and we need a place to relax before our flight."

"They have a basement with rooms. The steps going down into the basement are tiled, slippery, covered in rain and SUPER DANGEROUS. My last night carefully walked down the stairs and fell anyway. After a night in agony and pain I checked out in the morning. "I reserved this place for my daughter and friends who are checking out schools for college in Manila. My reservation included free breakfast and they told my daughter that it’s not, and have them pay for it. After complaining to expedia they tried to resolve it by giving them free lunch which was the same thing they had for breakfast (spam and egg). Another thing that my daughter reported that was weird was they had to leave their room keys to them whenever they leave, and that they had to call...

"This place is a little dream in the craziness that is Manila. Old world little b&b with an amazing, helpful staff. The room was small but perfectly appointed with a small balcony overlooking the street. Great art and furnishings around the lobby. Also with some amazing restaurants within close walking distance. "
