"Great location and great staff, clean , safe, room is nice size. My only complaint is our room was extremely outdated and dingy feel with carpet behind the door. Very dirty looking. Bathroom tile, needs to be replaced and rooms need fresh paint and carpet. Not a 4 star hotel, more like 2 1/2 stars because of old tired rooms."

"Check-in simple/professionnal, but not warm neither smiling. Room are small but very clean. Small building so we felt like family hotel. Reception at the spa is the same: quick explanations, we had the impression to catch a train instead of being welcomed to a wellness spa (a smile with a sweet voice would be a plus for the 500€ we spent during 1day+1night, even during rush hours).
