We used it as a base to travel the area, going as far away as Baden Baden, Switzerland and closer to Strasbourg and Colmar. Nicole is a lovely host and the welcome gift of local sweet bread was wonderful. Thank you"

"We stayed at the Chalet for four days. Unfortunately the weather wasn't good, so we had to stay indoor most of the time. Still we didn't get bored and enjoyed the days, because our "home" was simply amazing. Beautiful rooms, decorated with love, enough space to have some time for yourself, too. And even though the days were cold, we enjoyed the whirlpool and the warm chalet (great floor and pellet heating). The kitchen is fully equiped and it makes fun to cook together there. "Ines and Thomas chalet is absolutely wonderful! Everything is exactly how you can see in the pictures. The quality of the beds were outstanding. We actually slept better than in any other hotel.
