"Very old and dirty in the unit, lobby was clean. We had to use to fold out and I was afraid of bed bugs, the mattress was so gross! I went with blind faith that the blankets were clean and layered them on top. We asked for another duvet or blankets and was told they don’t have any. Did not eat breakfast, it looked like a small option for the price. The staff was friendly and answered directional questions. We were not close to restaurants or city center but the tram was close. "Hotel is very close to downtown Strasbourg with many restaurants nearby. We stayed in an one bedroom unit that is very big for a family of four. Parking in the basement is tight and only one lane come in and out. "

"Very spacious room and bathroom. I liked having the extra door in between the entrance and the main room. Made the hallway activities even more quiet."
