"The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly! The room and hotel was very clean and well kept! We paid a little more to have a room with a washing machine which was a great option and made it easier for our next location (laundry was less thing to worry about). I would definitely stay here again. The only issue was the pillows! There were 4 pillows (2 per person) but both too firm and very deep / big! "Hotel is a short distance from the airport. The hotel were super responsive to my questions emailed prior to arrival. They have an efficient complimentary airport shuttle service. "Despite being an old hotel the cleanliness and facilities are well maintained. There is however some slight damage (cracks here and there) from the recent earthquake. We travelled with a toddler so being next to a mall was super convenient. "

"Close to major shopping areas within walkable distance. Close to lots of food areas and restaurants. Our room was nice and comfortable just wish that they had laundry facilities with washers and dryers but they do have laundering services. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had fun at the pool. "
