All of the products they use, from the ingredients in the foods, to the food preparation and room amenities are the finest available. "Have stayed here before . We like the location and being able to travel up and down to destinations by Hotel curtesy boat. The staff are amazing and can’t be more helpful . I was not well on arrival and the Management team organised a Doctor and Nurse to come within 30 mins with the medication required . I could not have been more grateful and impressed with the customer care given."

"Staff were very helpful, Rooftop bar has great views across Bangkok. Breakfast was very good. Overall the hotel is excellent but there were one or two small items in our bedroom that need maintenance. It is a very busy part of Bangkok and getting anywhere by taxi can be slow due to the traffic. I’d recommend using the trains as an alternative "
