Hotel with a Concierge in Bandung Wetan from SAR 94

"This hotel always feels like my second home when I’m in Bandung. Even though it’s an older hotel, they maintain it so well. The breakfast is superb, and everything is as good as always. Highly recommended! "

"The Towel is so dirty and the customer service is worse. We ask why the room door lock was spoilt and the interior electic wire box was damage. There is hair on the bed. This is really becoming a motel instead of hotel. Hotel lobby full of cars and its a bus terminal . The only good point is the location and they offer double queen size bed at a reasonable price."

"The service was good. Didik Anugerah from the front office help me to sort my train ticket. He was very helpful and friendly. I feel comfortable ad safe in the hotel. I think I choose the wrong date cause the Hotel was fully booked and lots of children's since its Indonesia school holiday. The room is a bit dated and need improvement on the toilet and the bed. Overall I will come back to this hotel cause its convenient and near to all the outlets and eateries."
