"The service was good. Didik Anugerah from the front office help me to sort my train ticket. He was very helpful and friendly. I feel comfortable ad safe in the hotel. I think I choose the wrong date cause the Hotel was fully booked and lots of children's since its Indonesia school holiday. The room is a bit dated and need improvement on the toilet and the bed. Overall I will come back to this hotel cause its convenient and near to all the outlets and eateries."

"Not so great. The unit has stong mildew smell. When asked for another unit, claimed they were fully booked (the front desk was not apologetic for being nice when saying this at all) and instead they sent someone to sprayed air freshener. Washroom was not in good condition and the room itself is in bad condition. Most staff are not friendly. For breakfast, they always asked for room number (no smile, asked as if we are there to steal food). Even after we told them our room number, they just say...

"Old building but very clean. The room was quite big but the aircon didn't work properly. Even old, the cleanliness of bathroom was good but less of complete amenities, at least with the room price we got more items. The pool was nice but not big enough for children. It was good for business but not really for pleasure."
