"The service was good. Didik Anugerah from the front office help me to sort my train ticket. He was very helpful and friendly. I feel comfortable ad safe in the hotel. I think I choose the wrong date cause the Hotel was fully booked and lots of children's since its Indonesia school holiday. The room is a bit dated and need improvement on the toilet and the bed. Overall I will come back to this hotel cause its convenient and near to all the outlets and eateries."

Even old, the cleanliness of bathroom was good but less of complete amenities, at least with the room price we got more items. The pool was nice but not big enough for children. It was good for business but not really for pleasure."
