"Upon arriving at the hotel , I was greeted as a VIP Expedia member . Ashley & Reginald at the front desk made the welcome very warm & I felt special. They offered free, freshly baked cookies at check in, but I didn’t get mine until the day before check out. They were very good nonetheless.
