"This hotel has several problems 1. So far from downtown bac ninh. location is good for only people who visit yen phong. 2. Receptionist did not know hotels.com and did not know how to check my booking. At the last i did not pay, but anyway they did not know my booking and asked payment 3. In the room, there was no water either to drink or clean teeth. 4. No shampoo in toilet 5. on the bed, a lot of bugs. "Bedsheets were not changed. Don't auto refill the stuff in the fridge. No Bathmats. Once service taken, you will be charged. Even though that service is a normal part of any hotels process. Food restaurants doesn't have marks to differentiate between vegetarian/ Non vegetarian. Looks like they are just they're for pulling out the money out of customer's pocket. "
