"Bedsheets were not changed. Don't auto refill the stuff in the fridge. No Bathmats. Once service taken, you will be charged. Even though that service is a normal part of any hotels process. Food restaurants doesn't have marks to differentiate between vegetarian/ Non vegetarian. Looks like they are just they're for pulling out the money out of customer's pocket. "

"Just an overnight stay. Arrived hotel around 7pm. check-in was smooth. The location about 1 km away from the main street and in the same building as a Karaoke bar. Unfortunately, my room is closed to the karaoke room and can hear the singing and music until midnight... luckily. Breakfast is average. A bowl of pho is all I took. Overall ok stay considering the price. "

"We had a very very good stay here for 1 night following a busy few days seeing the sights of northern Vietnam. The Moc dining dinner was one of the best meals we had in Hanoi area. Everthing made fresh for us, smoothies and coffees at breakfast were great too! Huge selection of healthy drinks. great hotel stay in hanoi!

"this was a perfect location in central hanoi right next to the lake. perfect for morning strolls just a 3-4 min walk from the hotel. the hotel also had free breakfast on the top floor. the room we got was perfect for 4 people and very modern and spacious. service was great! the massage though was just alright."

"This was our favorite hotel on this trip. The room was lovely and the service was exceptional. On our last day, we needed to move to another hotel to meet our group. The Oriental Jade arranged and paid for our taxi to get there and gave us a farewell gift. Also, the benefits that came with the room such as free massages and drinks at the roof top bar really added to the value. Its well located on the edge of the old town not far from the lake. I highly recommend this property! "

"Beautiful boutique hotel with the loveliest staff who made our stay so pleasant. Special thanks to Lilly, Grace, Emma and Sophia — you were wonderful! Great location too and breakfast was awesome. Feedback we provided was more lighting and hanging hooks in the room; a functioning pool; and massage options laid out from the outset (eg private rooms, fragrance choice, etc.). "
