"Staff were amazing, very friendly and made the whole check in and out process a breeze. Room was excellent for the money, absolutely spotless. Bathroom was spotless and tea and coffee facilities were provided."

"Stayed here for a night to and was very impressed. The hotel is lovely in architecture in the main area's of the hotel, oldie victorian style (I think). My room was huge! Bathroom was Huge! Hallways were fine, a little tired but clean. Staff were incredible throughout and couldn't do enough. Views over towards Arran are beautiful and the Ayr beach promenade is on the doorstep. "

"Lovely hotel for our overnight stay, staff very friendly. Restaurant was very good for our evening meal with a comprehensive menu. Only slight downside was they were doing some groundwork at the rear and side of the property so it was a little noisy early in the morning. "
