We stayed here with the kids and our fur baby to see the Air Show; the staff were so helpful and friendly; the room was lovely and clean and the breakfast was delicious.
Had a great time and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area: it’s right at the shore and only a 20 minute walk to the main shops and train station

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Although we did not have dinner in the restaurant. We have to say we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. Well done
Great stay, we were visiting family in Ayr and needed a dog friendly place to stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean with no skimping on the teas/coffees/milks!
Breakfast was lovely, continental buffet followed by a la carte cooked, also a sausage in a bowl nicely chopped for our dog. Would definitely stay again.
I arrived late on the first evening, but they were able to offer food, which was good. As I had to leave early on both days I didn't have the breakfast, though on the 2nd morning I was able to have toast and cereal before I departed. The room was in the gods but spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located by the sea front. I would stay there again if I'm in the area.

Overall the room needs an upgrade.
No control over the heating in the room.
Carpet, old shower curtain all look pretty disgusting.
Had a nightmare with a loud ill mannered neighbour who had her TV blaring then a loud speaker phone call between 11am and 1pm.
She slammed doors and overall had a stinking attitude. Night porter was very good but other than that everything is very average and I have stayed here 5 or 6 times before.
The hotel is value for money, excellent food, Tracy the duty manager and her staff go well and beyond to ensure that you experience a fabulous time ,
We can't wait to return
Thanks for all

Liked: Staff & service
Would prefer breakfast to be buffet style, our table was positioned right at the cereal and fruit, which meant everybody was looking straight at us while having breakfast, bit uncomfortable, Also had to request baked beans with my full English which should be included in the English, bar was closed at 11 not ideal when your wanting a drink
Great that hotel was on the sea front . Our room had a sea view and couldnt fault the hotel or staff really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again
The hotel is right across from the gorgeous beach. I was in one of the older, non-refurbished rooms (reflected in price) but it was clean and bed was very comfy. The refurbished rooms look beautiful, so I’d go for one of them next time. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Really fresh fish and massive portions. Staff were all lovely and friendly. I would recommend.
