"Nice hotel"

"Too many rude Russians, we decided to go elsewhere as the lounge chairs had the same people reserving the same lounge chairs daily! Their towels would be on the chairs and they would be gone for hours! From early morning which was strange seeing the towels weren’t made available until 9am, but they seem to reserve them daily! Loud and Rude, they have no consideration for anyone but their own race! "

They seem to have everything you could ever need in the room and the staff where very detail focussed, noticing we had a lot of shoes and had lots of charging cables so a shoe rack and cable ties arrived in an evening. "The service and the quality was exceptional. I could not fault anything. The surrounds, the pool, the choice of food, the attention to detail was 10/10. Only very, very minor observaion is that the kids club could do with a deeper clean. Otherwise, the stay at Sofitel Nusa Dua was superb."
