"We loved the hotel. Our room was clean and the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. I loved that it was walking distance from the Footprint Center. My only issue was with valet. There was miscommunication between the hotel and the valet. On 2 occasions we had to wait over 30 minutes to get our car because the hotel did not communicate with valet that our car was ready. Valet staff was very polite and apologetic. Overall, it was a great stay! I would definitely recommend it! "
