"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in (and I've stayed in a lot). It is incredibly beautiful, and the service is second to none. Quiet hotel, one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in, the food was delicious - I really can't fault it. Worth every penny. The whole island is owned by the hotel, they have wild otters and seals - the spa was beautiful too. Highly recommend, I will be staying here again"

"Great stay for a couple of days, remote so ideal to switch off, staff friendly, nice food in the restaurant with big portions, highlight is the outdoor pool and hot tubs"

"It was suiable for my purposes. My job ladted longer than expected and i had to stay another night on the island. The hotel had rooms at shorf notice. A bit dated looking but it was clean and comfortable."

"Amazing stay. Use this place loads and its total value for money. Can’t argue with the pricing which is half if its closest rival and with the pub joined which has great staff and entertainment; you can literally fall out the pub into bed!!! "

"Loved this hotel! Our room was fabulous. Plenty of space yet cozy. Had massages at the spa and used the thermal spa for a bit. Easy location for walking to restaurants and shopping "

Brambles stay

"Very nice en suite room. Fairly new build. Staying for couple of nights bed and breakfast. Room very nice. Some dusting had been missed on the bedside lamps. Bathroom floor looked a bit grubby. Laminate on worktop where sink is had split, possibly due to water ingress and could pose a hazard for slicing open finger/hand. Shower pressure could be better. Heater was not on when we arrived. I phoned reception and they came over 10 minutes later and showed us how to set temperature. She did apologise saying housekeeping should have set that already. Breakfast was very nice and good choice"
