"The main building is a beautiful old country house. The food is lovely with a very relaxing atmosphere. The Clarsach being played near the roaring wood fire was really special. Having your own island to explore is a bonus!"

"The Glenburn Hotel has outstanding views from the hotel restaurant / lobby area, so I enjoyed it as much as I could since my room looked on to the roof, blocking the view. A little misguided from the outstanding photos on Expedia. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming and I really enjoyed my walks in the lovely area of Rothesay. This coastal town allows you to feel disconnected, without having to be too far from the mainland. I would definitely suggest taking a taxi from the ferry...

"Amazing stay. Use this place loads and its total value for money. Can’t argue with the pricing which is half if its closest rival and with the pub joined which has great staff and entertainment; you can literally fall out the pub into bed!!! "
