"Really enjoyed our stay here. It's right in the middle of the main shopping and dining area, and was the perfect location for us. The rooms are clean and comfy, and the staff is very helpful. They don't do breakfast, but give each guest a little goodie bag each morning. The pub downstairs is lively and fun, but not too loud."

"The staff were really friendly and helpful, we arrived early and were allowed to drop our suitcase at reception whilst we went into town. We were also allowed to do an early check in which was really great. The bed was super comfortable, I did have to ask for extra pillows and toilet roll but this was provided promptly. "In beautiful location on banks of Loch Lomond. Really friendly staff, great food and large comfy room. There was live music in the bar which created a nice atmosphere. We had our golden retriever with us, staff were all dog friendly. "

"This hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived until we left the staff were nothing but helpful and went out of our way to make our honeymoon trip special. The room we had 'Lomand' was incredible and the four poster bed of my dreams. The claw bath was also a highlight and the room was clean and bright.
