"The spa facilities were very nice. I wasn’t aware there was a charge to use the facilities. That’s ok, but guests can’t get access to spa and until 3:00 in afternoon and must book it for 3 hours. I like morning soaks or at least at my convenience, not the hotel’s."

"5 minute walk to train station. 3/4 of a mile walk to the lake. Quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was very good with more than enough choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with this hotel!!!"

"We stayed for 6 nights in Oct/Nov.Lovely en-suite room,clean and comfortable,we had access to a small balcony arrear which must be lovely in summer. Hotel staff very helpful(found information for us re trains etc). Accommodation just 10 mins walk from train station, and 5 mins walk to Lake and boat/ferries. Has a small "fitness" room with tread mill and exercise bike, also an electronic massage chair that was great fun."

"Very disappointing stay overall. The apartment is very tired and not as advertised. We had one bowl in the kitchen, a hairdryer that smelt like it was on fire, no microwave as advertised and a 1970's TV instead of a flat screen one that certainly did not have digital connection.
