All staff were wonderful. Friendly and always happy to help. The breakfast was lovely. The whole accommodation was very clean and tidy throughout. Walls are a bit thin! Could hear people speaking in the room next door. Location is great, close to public transport and walking distance to the lake/shops/restaurants. Lovely hotel.

It was a good hotel convenient for Lake Garda and the Stadio Tre Stelle. The only issue I had was the most convenient power socket in my room didn't work. Once I realised that and pointed it out the staff arranged for an electrician to fix it - unfortunately too late for my trip but the other socket worked so I was able to charge my phone and download my boarding pass for my flight home.

Friendly service. The receptionist / bar keeper was welcoming and went out of his way to show us our room and the breakfast room. He also recommended local restuarants to try. We wanted to try Grappa when we returned after our meal and he explained the different types and recommended one based on taste in wine. On departure, the owner was on reception and explained the Ferrari theme in the bar and breakfast room. I would definitely use this hotel again. Location is ideal - about 10 minutes from the railway station and a quiet location about 3 minutes from the ferry terminal and harbour.

untere Mittelklasse-Hotel
Leider ein viel zu hoher Preis für zu wenig Gegenleistung... allerdings war ich beruflich auf der Durchreise von Österreich nach Italien, musste 1 Tag überbrücken und habe somit am Gardasee auf eigene Kosten übernachtet, dass war nun mal in der Hauptsaison... was kann ich da schon anderes erwarten. Ich stufe das Hotel somit in der unteren Mittelklasse ein, und normalerweise ist ein vergleichbares Zimmer für etwa 60 bis 70 Euro zu haben. Somit ist, wie gesagt, mein einziger Kritikpunkt der erwartbar zu hohe Preis, bedingt durch die Urlaubsregion und der Hauptsaison. Für die Hälfte meines bezahlten Preises wäre es dann aber wieder okay und angemessen gewesen...
