"Beautiful spacious, well equipped property, two comfortable beds, furnished to a high standard. Lovely clean, well maintained pool with sun lounge area overlooking the lake. Sliding doors opening up to a lovely terrace. Absolutely stunning location. Staff were very helpful, I smashed a bottle on the floor, I informed staff, and they immediately came to clean it up for us. My only negative was no kettle, though when I realised, four days in, that others had a kettle and mentioned it to staff they brought one for us. The other thing we had nothing to clean worktops/dishes with. We had washing up liquid but no sponge/cloth, even though there was a sign up saying we had to keep the kitchen clean. We asked staff for sponge/cloth and they said they didn't provide them. How we were meant to keep the dishes/worktops clean? Also I would never book with Hotels.com again as o messaged on several occasions and got no reply. "
