"Service was . Hotel let us check in early since we had to l ave our apt due to power outage. Room was decent. Only issue was the shower tub in 449 - it didn't drain probperly and created quite the mess while showering"

"This is a safe, clean, small (I assume family-run) hotel in Des Moines, WA near the sound. Although it is not fancy or new, we have had good experiences staying in this quiet area not far from the airport. You can walk to the water and there are many good food options nearby. The price is reasonable and we find it to be a great deal. The halls are not carpeted, so you may hear noise from them and might want to bring earplugs or something if you are a light sleeper. I would ask for a room farther...
