This was my second time staying at this property. The first time was good. This time the mstr bathroom had not been cleaned and it smelled like mold under the sink, as did the blow dryer that was under the sink. I reached out to let them know and used the other bathroom in the apartment to shower. I asked for another blow dryer and waited over an hour and half, and then had to leave. While they have customer service that responds quickly by chat messaging, the rep couldn’t tell me how long before someone would bring a new blow dryer. It was in the apartment when I came back that evening, but I had to go out in 40 degree weather (Jan) with wet hair.

Beautiful, quaint apartment! Enjoyed a 2 nights stay. There was construction above us which was very loud. We addressed it with the property owner and they resolved the issue right away!!! Easy access to the property and front door. And the best part - FREE PARKING !!!

Very well stocked. Close to a lot of good restaurants. Beautiful lake right outside my balcony. Great king sized bed with good linens and pillows. I needed to add an extra day for work and the Kasa team made it quick and painless. Excellent customer service. I will be looking to use them in the future!

Review for Kasa Stay: Avoid at All Costs I would strongly advise against staying at Kasa. The property operates with no on-site staff, meaning you’re entirely on your own if any issues arise. The only support available is through an automated text line or a call center, where the receptionists are clearly in a different time zone and unable to provide real-time assistance. My check-in experience was a nightmare. I was initially told I could check in at 2:00 PM, but when I arrived, the unit was locked. After contacting support, I was informed the unit wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be available until 4:00 PM. At 4:00, I called again, only to be told I had been reassigned to a different unit that wouldn’t be ready until 6:00 PM. I ended up sitting outside for three hours, constantly calling their hotline, just to access the room I had already paid for. Once inside, the accommodations were decent, but I found a dirty towel in the bathtub, which speaks to their lack of attention to cleanliness. Ultimately, the hassle of checking in, the lack of real support, and the possibility of being stranded for hours make this place not worth it. If you’re not willing to call customer service repeatedly and fight for basic service, you could be left waiting indefinitely. Two thumbs down—look elsewhere.
