"House was nice overall. Had all the of the amenities needed. Lots of great activities. The view from the top of the house was amazing. The house smelled a little like smoke when you first walked in. The hot water was not great and the shower between the two bedrooms needs a little work. "

"Beautiful home. Great location to Airport, COTA Racetrack, South Congress Avenue and local BBQ places. Having the pool to cool down after the race was great. Lot's of family / connect spaces in the home for a great weekend. Beds/mattresses were super comfortable as well which my kids/wife appreciated."

"The house was awesome. It was very clean (except when we moved the washing machine a tiny bit and it was pretty filthy under there.) The kitchen was stocked with spices and tools needed to cook a meal. The biggest issue we had was the gate code did not work. It took property management a couple hours to get back to us about it. Fortunately, we found a second entrance that was completely open. When property management did get back to us, they didn’t have any answers but just asked us to try the...

"This stay is so cheery with all the touches, floral designs, very comfortable beds, and a wonderful sunroom with a TV where the entire family can comfortably gather to watch a movie. It has the coolest vintage stove/range/oven ever, and it works great. My grandsons want me to stay here every time I come back!"

"The home was very clean and looked just as pictured online. This had to be the most well stocked rental I have ever stayed in. The host was very responsive and friendly. I hope to stay here again in the future! "

"The landlord was very responsive and there was only one small glitch with a leaking coffee maker. We were able to buy one at Target and the landlord quickly reimbursed us via Venmo.The house was clean and had all the necessities for an enjoyable stay. The quiet South Austin neighborhood was perfect. We were within 15 minutes of Zilker Park and downtown Austin.We had a great visit."

"Excellent property! Great location close to Round Rock outlets for shopping as well as UT campus. I really appreciated the cleanliness. The bathrooms were spotless! Several rooms and comfy beds to choose from. Would definitely stay here again :) "

"Excellent rental. It's a newer listing and could use some small tweaks but it was great otherwise. Check in was easy peasy, communication from the property manager was prompt, and amenities were exactly as described. There were even a few unexpected extras that were convenient. The house is wired strangely in some spots and could use some more labeling for switches. The converted garage/bedroom was warmer than the rest of the house (as expected) and needed an extra fan which was actually...

"The house was very spacious, the master suite was awesome! The neighborhood and location worked well for us. The house was very well equipped and the hosts were responsive and great to communicate with. We had a great week in Austin. "

"The house is clean and gorgeously furnished. We comfortably fit 12 girls in the house. The host provides plenty of towels for everyone and makes sure the beds are all set for the guests. The local property manager was very responsive to texts when we had questions. Overall it was a lovely stay and we would 100% go back. Still can’t believe we were able to book such a high quality, convenient home for such a reasonable price!"
