"Outstanding location and curb appeal. Interiors need to have some work as the rooms are stale, lack amenities, and lack basic room features. Feature needed, in-room coffee machine, ironing board, improved soap and towel quality. Different floors, laminate vs. old carpet, improved bath towels, soap, and bed linens quality should be sufficient to improve the quality of the stay and upgrade the experience. "
