"The guy who checked us in was great! He made the process easy and smoothe keeping in mind I had kiddos waiting to go to the park. The park was small and need of cleaning and updates. "

"Property was good pool was a little cold so I couldn’t stand to get in and hot tub was really crowded so I didn’t get in only down fall. My daughter complained of the pool temp too and didn’t stay in too long"

"Overall a nice stay. Spacious two bedroom suite. There was some construction around the premises that I wasn’t aware of but it was ok. We enjoyed our stay and so did the kids! "

"Great hotel with kids. The water park is a big win. The restaurant and bar could use some work. Both are very dated and not a place you have to or want the go to. Good location in Gatlinburg for views and close enough to the main strip. "
