Adventure into Gatlinburg in our cozy + modern RV.
Located in Outdoor Resorts @ Gatlinburg a reaort community of long time residents, you’ll find that you’re safe, even if you choose to travel here solo! (There’s even laundry facilities to accommodate longer stays!)
This location hosts an outdoor fireplace with seating for your nights in front of the fire beside the creek… to an open kitchen for home cooked meals. No matter the occasion!
If you enjoy hiking we have multiple trails and waterfalls surrounding our immediate area. If you’re looking for a short ride to downtown for shopping and tourist attractions, this is the perfect fit without breaking the budget!
Some of our guests enjoy walking around our beautiful community and swimming when the weather permits, some of our guests enjoy adventuring! Either preference, everyone loves the environment of our modern yet comfortable RV.

The rv was perfect for us. Great location with the tranquil creek running by the back of rv. We barbecue and used the fire place outside. The rv was very cozy and the bed was very comfortable. We will like to come back.

Nice location just the right distance from town
We loved this location! It was conveniently located outside of the tourists but yet close enough to drive (less than 10 min) to park and take the FREE trolling to Gatlinburg. The house was perfect for our family of four. It's has very cute decor, plenty of kitchen extras and comforblankers and beds.

We rented this property for a 3 day weekend to celebrate a birthday and girls weekend. The property was exactly as described, clean and cozy. The outside and inside fireplace were great on the chilly October evenings. We had everything we needed and more!

This camper blew all our expectations out of the water! We had everything we needed and more. The host was very sweet and super easy to get in contact with. The campground itself is also very beautiful and everyone around seemed very friendly. We will for sure be booking again!

Family gathering
We met our daughter and her family at a halfway point for Thanksgiving and spent it here. There were 4 adults and our granddaughters aged 4 and 2. It was a great place to stay with a great price. The little girls thought it was extra fun staying in a camper. It met all of our needs, was clean, and comfortable. We had Thanksgiving dinner at the picnic table by the creek which was really nice. Very quiet and safe campground. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful place to stay!
This place is absurd wonderful! It is the perfect distance from Gatlinburg and all the attractions. My husband, 3 kids, and I all enjoyed staying here so much. It was roomy enough for all 5 of us. It had everything(and more!) that we needed. The creek flowing behind it was beautiful and so peaceful for our morning cup of coffee. The kids loved making smores on the fireplace outside and swimming in the pool. Thank you to the host for having such a wonderful place to stay, we will definitely be staying again!

Enjoyed a great week!
We brought two of our grandkids to Gatlinburg and we all had a great time. The girls (5&8) thought it was very cool to sleep in the top bunk. The unit was clean and spacious. We had no complaints and it really added to our enjoyment of the week.

This was such a cool and unique place to stay! It has a very cute creek behind it as well. We didn’t use the campfire they have because we were so busy in Gatlinburg but it’s also is a nice amenity. It’s about 20-25 min from Gatlinburg and 30-35 min from Pigeon Forge. We enjoy this stay as we traveled between these two locations. It’s very clean and well maintained. It looks just like the pictures. We would stay here again.

Great place to relax and unwind
Our family (2 teenagers) and my parents stayed for a long weekend. It was everything we needed. Space to stretch out and enjoy nature, build a fire, listen to the creek, view the mountains, play games and enjoy each other. The camper had everything we needed and any issues were promptly addressed. The camper was extremely clean. Beds were comfortable. The campground was pretty quiet for our Spring Break trip but I can tell this place is probably LOADS of fun in the summer when everyone is there. Would love to come back again and see this gounds bustling with activity. Favorite part - the ice cream truck that came around every evening. Yes, teenagers still get excited for an ice cream truck!

Fabulous Getaway
We had a great time staying in this RV. The trailer was clean and comfortable for us and our three kids. We spent a lot of time in the Community Pool or sitting around the fire and cooking smores in the RV’s outdoor fireplace. We loved that a stream runs right behind the trailer. Lastly, we liked that the RV park was a little outside of Gatlinburg since it is crazy crowded there, but we were close enough to do day trips into town or into the beautiful Smoky Mountains to see the sights and hike some amazing trails. Our favorites were the Little River trail and the Alum Bluff (or Cave) trail.
