"Upon checking in, the kitchen counter was still dirty, there were no hand towels, or garbage can. On third day we were there we did not have water, contact the management company and didn’t get an answer back for 8 hours as to what was going. Day four the toilet mounted to the wall in the master broke away from the wall. Maintenance came over and took pictures but did not fix the toilet the whole time we were there. "The home was amazing, a lot of times when you look at pictures and the pictures don’t do it justice, well this didn’t do it justice, but on the better side, all the living area was massive, master bedroom, master closet, master en suite were absolutely humongous back pool deck also Very very large plenty of room to entertain , the house is set up well and the has everything you need with really nice cookware, utensils, etc. and some spices, may want to bring your own spices if you like to cook...

"The stay was great, near perfect outside of a few issues. The shower on the first floor nearest the pool does not drain well, and the water that comes out of the shower in the other bathroom on the first floor smells like bay water. The communication with the host was great, but I didn't really love the fact that the day of check-in I am informed there are CCTV footage specifically in the backyard of the house. "The space is great for a large family or group. Pretty location on a canal, iguanas walking the property, pool was great, inside has several different rooms, big dining room table and living room area for everyone to sit together. The house does need some limited upgrading or minor fixes, the hot tub was not working, the games in the game room were in disrepair, and some of the kitchen small appliances were broken. "

The villa is just feet away from the intercostal and you can actually see the water from your villa.
