"This hotel is amazing. The room was beautiful, spacious, and clean. It had a mini fridge and coffee maker. The airport shuttle was extremely helpful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The train station to downtown Brussels is just across the street. I would give this property a 100 star rating. We had a great experience."

"Second visit to this hotel, previous room at the front of the building with views overlooking the various landmarks of Brussels, a quiet room with a nice view. This time I stayed in the garden area which was at the rear of the hotel, also quiet and overlooking the gardens with calming sounds of birds etc. both nice options. Used the gym and enjoyed excellent breakfast options, fresh fruit, pastries, hot cooked options and a new breakfast menu on each table to select from, a nice improvement...
