"I loved this property and the people The staff, the entire hotel staff was welcoming and accommodating. I've got to give a very big shout out to Muhammad who was a housekeeper on the floor I stayed on, he was just cheerful and happy and amazing. This is the kind of excellence and service that you just don't see anymore, It's a rarity; this hotel is a unicorn when it comes to everything you would look for and in A class hotel. I'm spoiled now I think it's the only place I'll stay when I go to Madison."
