Isobel was very helpful, and with just a mention she had already ordered our ride to the airport five days later, at no cost to us. "We stayed 3 nights with our 10 yr old. We really enjoyed our stay. There are not a lot of recent reviews for this location and some things seem to have been updated. 1) This is an apartment and not a hotel. It has a kitchen and washer/dryer available for use (both of which were very helpful). There is a 2nd bedroom that is locked off and used by the owner's adult son during the day. "This lovely room was in a perfect location close to many points of interest, including the Anne Frank House. Plenty of terrific cafes, pubs, bakeries, and restaurants nearby as well. Their roof top level was a great place to enjoy a drink and snack while looking at and listening to the Westerkerk Church. Book it if it’s available!"
