"Very nice location and condo. Tons of potential.. Needs a bit of work and updating that a decent handyman could handle in a day or so. Worn out showerhead holder in the main bath etc... Would be ok if you were 4'6" tall. Also needs deep clean. Why would you keep broken blinds and broken suitcase stand in the closet, a broken basket with a few decks of mixed playing cards, none complete? Then the cobwebs, lots of cobwebs."
