"I will have to say what many others have said, it is an amazing experience to spend the night in a real caboose. The owners have gone out of their way to make it as authentic as possible short of rocking it while you are sleeping. My favorite part though was that how in a town that sometimes feels like Disneyland you have the luxury of quiet, privacy and a beautiful view just steps from downtown. "

"We had a nice few days at the condo. The condo has everything you need. There wasn't anything that we were lacking, except for air conditioning. But thankfully the condo has many nice stand up fans. We needed them as it was 98 in Tahoe. We really appreciated the stand up paddle board we used at the lake. The rooms were comfy and we felt like we were at home. It's very close to everything on the north side. We would definitely stay there again. "

This is way out of my character but this was soooo unacceptable I need the OWNERS to be aware of these shortcomings. Contacted VRBO to ask for refund to book something else they wouldn’t help until 3:30 on day of check in . Then they refunded and we cancelled our Christmas trip . They still list this property so they are participating in this fraudulent listing"
