"The location is great. Close to restaurants and all sites. Walking distance to Sydney harbour and The Rocks. The staff was very friendly. The pool was huge and appreciated on a couple of rainy nights. The bathroom needs a refresh. Clean the grout in the shower or add new grout. The cleaning staff need to be more thorough. But I would say this about most hotels. Overall it was a lovely place, great location, friendly staff. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff very comfy bed and pillows nice little restaurant cafe downstairs lovely stuff there that attend to you. Nice quiet area would stay again."

"This was our second stay and again was very pleasanr. We have no complaints.Dinner at Kiln and breakfast at Loam was also very good. The only problem was again I couldn't get the record player to work. We'll be back. "
