"We were pleasantly surprised with what we got for the price at this motel. It was clean, comfortable and felt safe. The downfalls, it is close to the highway and is loud. Also, when we called to request an extra pillow, they said they didn’t have any, and didn’t have a blanket either. We also didn’t have a trash can anywhere in the room. But it was a great place to stay and we will definitely stay there again if given the opportunity! "

"Oh my goodness! Best hotel so far. We love to stay at traditional “Mom and Pop” motels. This one was wonderful. From the check in to the room, to check out. Beds were super comfy, pillows were plentiful (we brought our own because usually there are not enough in the smaller motels. THIS was the exception. "This is my first time at this motel, I was running from Hurricane Milton. Pros: friendly staff, quiet place, big fridge, even with a freezer, where you can put a lot of food and water. Absolutely no insects, which I encountered in more expensive hotels, you can sleep without fear. Cons: the room is old, you can see scuffs on the windows and walls. But, the next time I run from a hurricane, I will come back with a supply of food, because now I know that there is a big fridge."
