"My family meet for Thankgiving "2024", 4 sisters and our husbands, it was so roomy and well put together from the furniture, to the beds, the kitchen had everything you needed, & we are all big cooks & that was very helpful. The view each day from the screened porch was amazing, and it made our coffee talk each morning so enjoyable. "We rode out hurricane Milton at this location after evacuating from the Tampa Bay area. The house itself is very charming and cozy and kept us warm and dry despite the downpour. Dan and Margaret were very accommodating and understanding of our situation. They were easy to get a hold of and helped with any problems that came up--the power went out for a few hours, and the lock on the front door had a small malfunction but both of these problems were resolved quickly. "View is beautiful. House and property are just as pictured. Host was very accommodating and friendly. There are steps to several levels. Just be aware if you have elderly visitors. Positive experience but beds are firm. No issues if you like firm mattresses. We needed to extend our stay and host was very helpful and worked with us to make that happen."
