"Excellent view and well kept"

"We stayed in July of 24 with our extended family and had a great time. Folly is a little beach bum town in the best way. There were no crowds at restaurants and no party scenes like other beach towns we’ve been to. The condo itself was exactly what we needed for our group. The pool is very underwhelming, which is what made me realize this is a beach lover’s town. It wasn’t an issue, but an adjustment for our kids who prefer the pool. The freezer does not have an ice maker (only 2 ice trays)...

We stayed here for a week with 4 teenagers and our 2 dogs, and we were very grateful for all the space and amenities. The neighborhood/resort is very safe and quiet as well with lots to do. "The location and property were great -- just what we hoped they would be. But we will NEVER AGAIN rent from anyone using Vacasa to manage the rental, thus 1 star for comunication.
