"The place is nice and clean with a comfortable bed and a wonderful location right on the beach and in walking distance of town. Our main disappointment was the kitchen area. The stove is old, with loose electric eyes that take a long time to heat up, and there is no prep room. We had hoped to cook quite a bit but really weren't able to. The condo unit itself was clean and the perfect setup for our family of 4 plus grandparents. The location at the corner of the building gave for amazing beach and ocean views! "Our fourth time staying in The Penthouse at Folly for our holiday family gathering. The layout is perfect for us - four bedrooms for the four siblings/spouses plus the upstairs loft rooms for the three kids (now young adults). The open format includes a well-stocked kitchen, large dining table and seating/TV area so everyone can spread out and do their thing.
