"Where do we begin? Right at the arrival we are greeted by the ever smiling and attentive ‘Merry’, as usual going beyond customer service! We know her for many years having been a regular patron of this hotel. She’s still the same as ever. Amazing customer friendly personality. Great to see her do well there. "I really enjoyed this place they have so much on site for adults & children. The gym was good, with new equipment. The buggies were great to take you round the resort. The food was lovely & fresh. I had a really great experience , I had a lovely suite & the staff were very helpful to me also. "

"One of Our Best Family Holidays! We stayed at Sofitel The Palm Dubai from March 29 to April 4 as a family of four, and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, beautifully maintained, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, with a great variety that changed daily. Our younger son has severe food allergies, and we were incredibly impressed by the level of care and attention he received. Special thanks to Chef Diego and Manager Prakash at Manava Restaurant for preparing safe meals for him every day. The Food & Beverage Manager, Lasantha Fernando, personally met with us on arrival and explained how the team would support us throughout the stay. The entire hotel staff was aware of our son’s condition and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. Our Family Deluxe Suite was spacious and perfect for a family. The in-room kitchen, washer, and water purifier were especially useful. We also really enjoyed the beach and the calm atmosphere. We felt safe, relaxed, and truly cared for. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel—especially for families with special dietary needs."
