It is very clean and comfortable, has what I would consider some Japanese touches, and where else can you sit in a modern bathtub gazing out the windows at the Himalayan foothills?"

"就是登記時費了點功夫，到了酒店他們說沒收到我的訂單，等了有點久，還好最後找到資料了，一進房間就好驚喜，一開門就直望到陽台看到洱海，陽光和視野都好舒服，樓下還有好多停車場位置隨便停，去的時候是年30，晚上在酒店附近吃完飯，8點多就開始有好幾個地方都在放煙火，回到酒店陽台看到對面都在放煙火太美了，白硬晚上看都美，白天睡在床上看洱海，還以為自己身在一個養老的天堂"

"What a pity! This hotel could be fabulous. It is modern and stylish but the staff need to be trained in how to look after guests. To our mind the room we were first shown did not match our expectations: it had a lake peep not view. This may be down to an inadequate website description; but instead of offering us an immediate upgrade we had to argue our point with the receptionist."
