"This place was so cute! A little inn tucked away at the eve of the Lijiang Ancient town. So well maintained by a family I think, and the complementary breakfast was so quaint and prepared by the managers mother I think. To get here you have to climb some steep olden times stairs, so if you do need help the staff are incredibly helpful here. The external doors are locked late but worth asking when as we had a wedding and had to wake the manager to let us in - we felt very sheepish after that!"

"We had an amazing time staying in Jun Po Xuan. Loved the hospitality extended to us by Sister Hua, Sister Amy and Brother Francis. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an accommodation in Lijiang Old Town. "

Excellent stay

"I had an excellent stay overnight en route to my final destination. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was wonderfully comfortable. The lady at reception was really helpful to point me to the train station instead of a taxi for my final destination- much more comfortable ride and much less expensive. She also arranged a taxi for me to the station. "

"Staff were very friendly and recommended a few nearby restaurants serving Lijiang specialities. We informed them that we had to leave very early the next morning, before their breakfast timing. They were so kind to prepare a pot of coffee and a packed bag of breakfast items for us. "
